Ask & Embla Wood Co. is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all children in our workshops. The safety and wellbeing of children is our highest priority. We have zero tolerance for abuse or harm of any kind.

Child Safety

All workshops are conducted in small groups to allow close supervision. Children are treated with respect, fairness, and care at all times. Adults maintain clear professional boundaries, and physical contact is limited to what is necessary for safety and instruction.

Tools and equipment are introduced gradually and used under close supervision, with personal protective equipment provided and required. Activities are adapted to each child's age, ability, and confidence level. Sessions may be paused or modified at any time to ensure safety.

All session leads hold valid Working With Children Checks. Any concerns regarding a child's wellbeing are taken seriously and addressed promptly. Where required, concerns will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with NSW legislation. Parents and carers are always encouraged to raise concerns directly with us.

Privacy

Personal information collected through our website, booking forms, or enquiries - including names, email addresses, and phone numbers - is used solely to communicate about workshops and bookings. We do not share, sell, or distribute personal information to third parties.

Photos or video taken during sessions are only shared with prior consent from a parent or carer.
